My name is Julia and I am interested in helping people across their lifespan maintain happy, healthy, and quality lifestyles. My goal is to help people adapt and maintain beneficial habits that will make them more aware of themselves and the world around them.
I traveled to Connecticut for my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Sacred Heart University. There, I also found myself waking up at the crack of dawn 6/7 days a week as a varsity rower but learned the value of teamwork and how to start off each day productively. I am now pursuing a masters degree in occupational therapy from MCPHS University.
