From the beginning, I’ve been fascinated with two main questions: what motivates us to want to do something and what is the key step to first initiating that? I became more interested with this as I began to observe people such as some of my teammates in college that were determined to out work everyone. Or my experience in healthcare in which some older adults with debilitating chronic conditions remained more motivated than those that were not sick at all.
Through research and experiences of my own, my mission is to focus on bringing these small changes in habits, mindset, and personal development into easy methods that would allow anyone to apply it into their own life. With these new adaptations, I hope to give people the toolbox they need to maintain a healthy quality life full of health, happiness, and longevity.
